DEMOLITION EXISTING WALL
Removing the existing bearing wall.

OPENING OF THE CEILING
The ceiling is ready to be opened to let the beam in.

PLACING THE BEAM
Placing the beam, bolting the LVLs into the beam and bolting it to the joists. Now it’s time to weld. Our open space is ready!
